Alumni from throughout Khatlon met at the American Corner in Kurgonteppa on December 18th, 2014. Fourteen individuals— representing the TEM, Community Connections, Open World, and IVLP programs—discussed how to combine their efforts to improve the Khatlon region.
The alumni agreed to increase networking opportunities, work together to develop joint projects, open a Facebook page for alumni in Khatlon, and organize an online exchange of English teaching resources.
